A seasoned fundraising professional and Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE), I have 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, specializing in fundraising and operations. My diverse background includes leadership roles, both staff and volunteer, at non-profits in the health care, conservation, social services, and higher education sectors.
I have also shared my expertise in fundraising and nonprofit management by teaching courses at Cal Poly Humboldt and through the Northern California Association of Nonprofits.
I founded Add Lightness Consulting to help nonprofit leaders feel less alone. Whether you're navigating a leadership transition, building a development program from scratch, or just trying to help your board succeed, I bring practical experience, honest feedback, and a genuine investment in your organization's success.
I work primarily in Humboldt County, CA but am open to travel in Northern California or Oregon. Remote clients are also welcome.
